Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact to meet our quality standards.

  Ship the Parcel

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
